Peristeriones, Tinos is a silk homage to the island’s most emblematic forms; the peristeriones -or pigeon houses- that rise like sculpted poems across its landscape. Each one tells a story of craftsmanship and tradition; geometry meeting grace in the quiet hills of Tinos.

The design began with a real photograph taken by the designer; then carefully transformed as certain shapes were brushed out, leaving only the essential lines and shadows. What remains is both abstract and familiar; a distilled vision of the island’s heritage rendered in silk; a tribute to the art of seeing beauty in structure and simplicity.
