Latomia, Tinos draws its essence from one of the island’s most captivating places; the latomia, or quarries, where stone meets sea in a dance of color and light. The waters there shimmer in hues of blue and green; emerald depths that have long drawn travelers and locals alike.

The design began with a real photograph taken by the designer; then carefully transformed as certain shapes were brushed out, leaving only the essential lines and shadows. What emerged was a distilled vision of the quarry’s geometry and glow; the meeting point of nature’s rawness and human touch.
